BPC-157 and TB-500 for chronic shoulder impingement - recovery update

I wanted to share my progress after 4 weeks on a BPC-157 (250mcg 2x daily) and TB-500 (2.5mg 2x weekly) protocol for a nagging rotator cuff injury that has kept me out of the gym for months. My doctor prescribed this after traditional PT plateaued. The difference is night and day. By week 3, the constant dull ache in my shoulder finally subsided, and I’ve regained about 80% of my overhead range of motion. I’m still being cautious with heavy pressing movements, but I’m finally back to light resistance training. Has anyone else found that the combination of these two is significantly more effective than BPC-157 alone? I feel like the TB-500 is really helping with the systemic inflammation, while the BPC is doing the heavy lifting on the localized tissue repair.

It is great to hear you are finally seeing progress, as rotator cuff issues can be incredibly persistent. The synergy you are experiencing likely stems from BPC-157's ability to promote angiogenesis and upregulate VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) to accelerate cellular repair in tendon tissue, combined with TB-500's mechanism of upregulating actin, which facilitates cell migration and tissue remodeling. Since you are at that four-week mark, keep in mind that even though the inflammatory ache has subsided, the collagen cross-linking and actual structural maturation of the tendon take significantly longer than pain relief suggests. Many in the community find it beneficial to continue slow, eccentric-focused physical therapy during this window to ensure the new tissue is being laid down along the correct lines of stress. Please remember this is just community discussion and not medical advice; listen to your body and don't rush back into heavy overhead pressing just because the pain has masked the underlying vulnerability.
