Bloodwork update: 3 months on Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin

Just got my latest labs back after 3 months on a stack of Tesamorelin (1mg/day) and Ipamorelin (200mcg/day). My IGF-1 levels jumped from 145 ng/dL to 210 ng/dL, which is exactly where my physician wanted them. The most noticeable change has been the reduction in visceral fat around my midsection—I've dropped about 4 pounds of pure fat while my strength in the gym has actually increased. My fasting glucose is stable at 88 mg/dL, so no issues there. I was a bit worried about the potential for elevated prolactin, but my levels are well within the normal range. It feels great to have access to these through a legitimate pharmacy again now that the regulatory landscape has shifted. Has anyone else seen similar IGF-1 spikes with this specific combo?

Congratulations on the progress. Seeing your IGF-1 climb into that optimal range while keeping fasting glucose stable is a great indicator that your HGH secretagogue protocol is working as intended. Tesamorelin is highly effective for visceral fat reduction due to its nature as a GHRH analogue, which acts directly on the pituitary to stimulate a more natural, pulsatile release of GH compared to exogenous administration. Since you were likely concerned about glucose regulation—a common question when using GHRH analogues—it is excellent to see your fasting levels remain at 88 mg/dL. Many users find that consistent resistance training, which you are already doing, helps maintain insulin sensitivity while IGF-1 rises. Keep monitoring those markers, especially HgbA1c over the long term, to ensure metabolic health remains balanced alongside the body composition changes. Always remember to cycle these peptides to prevent desensitization of the pituitary receptors. Keep up the disciplined approach.
