Women's health: GHK-Cu and skin recovery journey

I've been using GHK-Cu topically for about 6 weeks now, and I wanted to share my progress. I'm applying a 3% GHK-Cu serum twice daily to my face and neck. I'm also doing a low-dose BPC-157 protocol (200mcg SubQ daily) to help with some lingering joint inflammation from my marathon training. The combination has been incredible for my skin texture—the fine lines around my eyes are noticeably softer, and my skin feels much more resilient. I've also noticed that my recovery time after long runs has improved; my legs don't feel nearly as 'heavy' the next day. Has anyone else combined GHK-Cu with other peptides for a 'glow' effect? I'm curious if adding something like Thymosin Alpha-1 would be overkill or if it might help with the systemic inflammation even more. It's such a relief that we have more clarity on these compounds now that they've moved back to Category 1 status—it makes me feel much more confident in the quality of what I'm using.

It is wonderful to hear about your progress! The synergy you are experiencing isn't surprising given the distinct mechanisms of these peptides. GHK-Cu is a powerful copper tripeptide that stimulates collagen and elastin production while acting as a potent antioxidant, which explains that improved skin resilience and texture you are noticing. Pairing that with BPC-157 is a classic recovery-focused stack. Since BPC-157 is systemic, it excels at modulating inflammatory cytokines and accelerating angiogenesis in musculoskeletal tissues, which is likely why your marathon recovery has improved so significantly. One thing to monitor as you continue is the potential for copper-induced skin sensitivity over long durations; some users find that cycling their GHK-Cu usage—perhaps taking a few days off every month—helps maintain efficacy without irritation. Keep tracking your metrics, as the systemic effect of the BPC-157 on overall tendon health is a marathoner’s best friend. Please keep us updated on how you feel as you approach the 12-week mark!
